This is the second time a writer's blog has directed me to that clip and it's still funny. It was on Lisa Shearin's blog. Have you read any of her books? She writes a series in first person, with the same lead character in each. You do have something in common though; your books are set on another world. I think that this would be a difficult thing to do. We don't realize how much of our own culture is always running in the background, until faced with a world were it isn't (or shouldn't be) there.
