A Question For You
I have Laev dreaming of a specific past memory. When I took this to critique, I realized that this may be a technique that I've read elsewhere but is not necessarily true. So do you dream of certain past events? Are they usually good or bad?

I have dreamed of past events and they're not necessarily good or bad, just vivid for whatever reason.
They leave me feeling as if I am not prepared or should have done something differently or dreading what is coming up.
I've only dreamed of a past event once. It was neither a good event or a bad one (pretty mundane actually), but in the dream I knew it was a repeat and kept trying different things to change the outcome.
Like Rin, I've had dreams of real events, but the outcome changed, not because of anything I did consciously (sp?). I would have the same dream over and over with different outcomes, rather than the real one. Once the real one was very bad, and yet the dream with a different result was so vivid that when I woke up, I thought the real result was the dream, and the dream result was real. I was so relieved by the dream result, that it was like a second kick in the teeth when I realized it was only a dream. Have any of you had that experience?
I've never dreamed of anything that even could be real, but I think that's on purpose. As a lucid dreamer, I tend to avoid the mundane in my nightly entertainment. :-)
Thanks all for your comments. I know I've used dreaming of past events before, and I've read them, but for some reason (probably my lack of technique) it struck the group wrong.
