German Title?

I think I told you all that I got a German magazine with Sorceress of Faith (Sorceress of Lladrana) in it (of course I can't read it, but I'm hoping it was good since it showed the book cover).

Well here's something a fan alerted me was on Amazon. I did a search for "huterin" and couldn't find it, so I'm thinking "hunter" or "guardian."

Many thanks,
Robin

A reader...
Now, that is the best cover for any of your books I have seen so far! I would try a book with a cover that interesting any time. Very appealing!

I agree. Great cover!

One of the sons of the guy I work for lives in Germany and just called (great timing). "Huterin" means "caretaker".

My translation dictionary shows it as "guardian" or "keeper"

Thanks Anon. I am always very critical of covers until they grow on me. The ones I liked immediately were Heart Duel and the new reissue of HeartMate -- though there was that concern about the tatt that isn't in the book (reminding you all that T'Ash talks about it in his interview on my Worlds page, under HeartMate).

I was pretty sure that this had to be Guardian of Honor, since I saw Sorceress, and the first Guardian cover was a little rushed. The very first, original Guardian cover was quite, quite different.

Anyway, thanks to all who helped on this.

Hmmm, looking at it again...Alexa was a very bad horsewoman in the beginning and I'm pretty sure no one would have let her go off by herself on a horse...but very atmospheric cover.
